Purpose

In collaboration with Industriens Fond, we aim to build a focused and inclusive ecosystem within AI and cybersecurity. Through mentorship programmes, a strong talent pipeline, and engaging networks and events, we seek to create an open and supportive space that promotes diversity, empowers women in the field, and strengthens the overall competitiveness of the Danish business sector.

Services

Mentorship programme

Mentorship programs are essential for personal growth, talent development, and competitiveness. They strengthen professional communities, reduce skill gaps, and promote innovation. This benefits both mentors and mentees and enhances Denmark’s overall competitiveness.

Network and Events

Consists of six annual network meetings and two yearly events focused on diversity, AI, and cybersecurity in collaboration with our partners. These events will not only highlight the role of women in AI and cybersecurity, but also inspire and encourage active participation and leadership.

Building the pipeline
