What is it all about

Our mentorship program is designed to empower personal growth, cultivate tech talent, and strengthen Denmark’s competitive edge. Launching in October 2025, this 16-week volunteer program connects experienced mentors with emerging talents, including students, entrepreneurs, and professionals eager to grow in their careers. Through structured one-on-one guidance, shared expertise, and dedicated mentoring sessions, participants develop valuable skills, confidence, and lasting professional connections. With a strong focus on AI, cybersecurity, and other tech fields, the program helps bridge skills gaps, foster innovation, and build a more diverse and inclusive tech ecosystem. Led by Women in Tech Denmark, in collaboration with InTech Founders, Women4Cyber Denmark, and Connected Women in AI, and funded by Industriens Fond, this initiative is a key step toward strengthening Denmark’s tech talent pipeline and supporting the next generation of leaders in the digital economy.

Who can apply

Professionels

Whether you’re established in your tech career or just starting out, you can apply as a mentee to grow and learn – or as a mentor to share your experience and support the next wave of women in tech. A background or strong interest in AI, cybersecurity, or tech in general is key.

Mentors

Are you an experienced professional in AI or cybersecurity? Then this is for you. If you're passionate about supporting the next generation of tech talent, sharing your knowledge, and driving innovation, this programme offers a unique opportunity to make a difference and help women grow their solutions, scale their impact, and strengthen the tech ecosystem.

Start-ups

Are you part of a female-led or mixed gender team working with AI or cybersecurity? Then this is for you. If you're looking to develop your business, scale your solution, or drive innovation, this programme gives you access to experienced mentors, valuable resources, and a strong network to help you grow.

Students

Still studying or recently graduated? If you're passionate about AI, cybersecurity, or digital innovation – and curious about where your career might take you – apply as a mentee to gain insight, inspiration, and direction from someone further ahead on the journey.
