AI assistants are rapidly moving from experimental prototypes to practical tools woven into everyday workflows. As they become more capable, more autonomous, and more embedded in our organisations, a new set of opportunities—and challenges—emerge.
In this session, we’ll take a grounded, real-world look at how AI assistants are being built, how they’re adopted inside teams, and what ethical questions arise as we begin to rely on them for increasingly complex tasks. This event is designed exclusively for participants of the Inspiring Diversity Mentorship Program, offering a space to learn, reflect, and engage with peers who are equally curious about the future of AI in professional environments.
We’re bringing together three short talks, each offering a different lens on AI assistants:
Each talk will run for 15–20 minutes, followed by a relaxed, open panel discussion.
Speakers will be announced soon.
