In this session, we’ll take a grounded, real-world look at how AI assistants are being built, how they’re adopted inside teams, and what ethical questions arise as we begin to rely on them for increasingly complex tasks. This event is designed exclusively for participants of the Inspiring Diversity Mentorship Program, offering a space to learn, reflect, and engage with peers who are equally curious about the future of AI in professional environments.
We’re bringing together three short talks, each offering a different lens on AI assistants:
- 🧠 Technical – how AI assistants are architected, orchestrated, and deployed
- 🤝 Adoption – what it takes for teams and organisations to truly benefit from assistants
- ⚖️ Ethical – responsibilities, risks, and the real-world consequences of using AI assistants at scale
Each talk will run for 15–20 minutes, followed by a relaxed, open panel discussion.
Speakers will be announced soon.
